Important Information about this site

1. When you complete an order on our site for the first time, you will be asked to create a user profile.  This enables us to send you an email confirmation for your order.  You can come back into our site, sign in and not have to register again. 
2. Orders received by the 15th of each month will ship by the 1st of the following month.
3. We charge a flat rate of $8.25 for shipping and handling based on 1-2 items being ordered. We reserve the right to recalculate shipping after your order is placed and to adjust your charges on your credit card accordingly.  We will calculate and add the exact shipping cost to your order with no hidden markup so you can be assured that you are being charged correctly for shipping.
   Free shipping on orders over $115.00.
   If you have a dispute with shipping charges we will provide you with package size and weight and you can call UPS Toll free 866-284-1173.

5. Credit card charges will appear on your statement from UBP Group.
